We will create a fairy tale!

On December 19, a popular Ukrainian band Okean Elzy visited Lviv. They stayed in the very heart of the city, in Opera hotel. The aim of their visit was the unveiling of the monument to a great composer and poet Volodymyr Ivasuik whose creativity is of great importance for most Ukrainians. Practically everyone can recite the lines written by him.

The author of the idea as well as the main sponsor of the project was Sviatoslav Vakarchuk, the frontman of Okean Elzy and idol of Ukrainian rock music. According to his words, the idea came to his mind long ago and Ukrainians supported him. 

As a gratitide the Mayor gave a Gold Emblem of the City to Slavko.
