We’ve got rid of prepayment because:

Check-in and check-out in our hotel is a real pleasure: it will be so fast that will not have time get bored. We checked it personally – 3 minutes is more than enough!
Our rooms are not decorated with sandalwood, leather or ivory. We don’t have piano or grand chandeliers that cost as a limousine, and picture frames are not gilded, but that’s not the point.
The main question for us is whether our guests feel comfortable.

Disadvantages of the hotel 1. Lack of closed secure parking (the old city centre allows you to have only open parking alongside the perimeter of the hotel but with around the clock video security ); 2. Infrastructure: the city centre location makes it impossible to equip the hotel with a pool, spa or gym; 3. So far we have no rooms for people with special needs, also the elevators are rather small, and this is also all due to location in the historic part of the town. |
