Meals

During the conference we are pleased to offer You the following options for catering:

•              - Coffee-break  50 UAH per person.
•              - Business-lunch  160 UAH per person.
•             – Buffet from 200 UAH per person.
•             – Banquet (Gala Dinner) from 250 UAH per person.

Conference-hall scheme

For your convenience we offer you the following ways of  seating the particiapants in a conference hall:

	theatre- up to 50 people There are chairs in this hall put in rows so that a maximum number of seated people fits here. This is the best placing for conferences, briefiengs, scientific and other events which require a large number of people who need to be seated in one room.
	classroom – up to 30 people The participants sit at the tables/desks looking in one direction. Usually there is a presidium/platform/stage in front of them. It’s a great placing for conferences and scientific events as each participant can feel comfortable putting all his papers on the desk and taking notes.
	work in groups – 4 tables for 6 persons each Participants are devided into small groups and sit at the tables facing each other. It’s the most convenient to use during teaching, team building, discussions, mind games which require the division of all the participants into small groups.
	roundtable – 20-25 people It’s important that all the participants sit at one table, see each other and communicate, and the table may be square. It’s a democratic way of placing for the intensive communication of participants requiring the equality of all of them. It is also a suitable placing for discussions and other events requiring interactivity.
	T-like placing (roundtable + presidium) – 25-30 people. In order to highlight the hierarchy  at the moment of negotiations or discussions, you might use a T-like placing. In this case senior members or a chairman could sit at the head of the table perpendicularly to other participants. Again you might place the participants facing each other dividing them into groups. This way of placing is good for meetings or negotiations between host and guest.

 

Rental rates

Rent of conference hall for 50 persons with all necessary equipment is 400 UAH per hour. The cost of renting negotiations room for 8 people is 90 UAH per hour. You can also view the cost of catering for participants and consider getting discounts, or conduction of a free conference.

Conference for free

Special conditions for the rent of the conference hall: If You rent a conference hall for 8 hours or more, You’ll get a 20% discount and multimedia equipment for free. If our guests book accomodation for more then 20 000 UAH, they’ll get our conference hall with all necessarry equipment for free for 4 hours. We will be glad to cooperate with You.
